All EDD payroll tax offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, in observance of the State holidays noted below, all offices are closed on the following dates. These State Legal holidays may not be the same as the Legal holidays that EDD observes for reporting and payment purposes.
